Data controller
Arif Consult, company number 936 933 432, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we store your name, email address and, where provided, your phone number, company name, company number and the content of your message. We also store the time, IP address and browser information in order to detect and prevent misuse of the form.
How we use it
The information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up a client relationship. We do not sell your data on, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the business, cf. GDPR Article 6.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are normally deleted within twelve months. If you become a client, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for as long as Norwegian bookkeeping and accounting legislation requires.
Cookies
This website uses only technical cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use cookies for tracking or marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you and to request correction or deletion. You may also request that processing be restricted, and you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you believe the processing breaches the rules.
